Our Response to COVID-19

Thank you for your continued kindness and support. We have been processing all orders promptly even during the weekends but please expect delays in transit. We will send you a tracking number immediately as soon as we complete your order. However, you won't be able to see any updates in the parcel until it has been picked up by our courier. Please bear in mind that NZ Post teams are working incredibly hard to help keep things moving and get deliveries to where they need to be.

The last few weeks have been a challenge for us all but if we carry on staying in our bubbles and do what we are told, we can help flatten the curve.

As of Tuesday 28 April, we are able to ship all products from our website again. We will process your orders promptly but please expect delays in transit. You can check the progress of your item by using our Tracking tool. You can also turn on ‘delivery updates’ to get automatic updates on your item for FREE.

Since temperature is dropping, winter clothing has been included in the government's list of essential items that can now be delivered during Level 4 of the lockdown. We have registered with the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment so we can now deliver some much-needed winter warmth.
  
All LOYOLA® items are kept at home and we operate from home, thus ensuring that we are staying in our bubble with no contact with others - while we remain committed to supporting queer and gender-diverse New Zealanders and their allies during these unprecedented times.

Website orders are still operating as usual and we are still here online! However, in response to the New Zealand Government’s nationwide lockdown of non-essential services, we're unable to dispatch any orders at this time.
    
Please explore, browse and fall in love with our items. If you see something you like, you can shop with us and secure your purchase. We will keep it safe and get it out to you as soon as the Government's alert level changes.

While the overall risk of transmission of any virus is very low in our day to day online operations, it’s the right thing to do to limit close physical contact with others during this time. Therefore, when our courier folks arrive in your place, they will just leave your parcel in a safe place.
