Our response to COVID-19

Website orders are still operating as usual and we are still here online! However, in response to the New Zealand Government’s nationwide lockdown of non-essential services, we're unable to dispatch any orders at this time.
Please explore, browse and fall in love with our items. If you see something you like, you can shop with us and secure your purchase. We will keep it safe and get it out to you as soon as the Government's alert level changes.

While the overall risk of transmission of any virus is very low in our day to day online operations, it’s the right thing to do to limit close physical contact with others during this time. Therefore, when our courier folks arrive in your place, they will just leave your parcel in a safe place.

We will process your orders promptly but please expect delays in transit. You can check the progress of your item by using our Tracking tool. You can also turn on ‘delivery updates’ to get automatic updates on your item for FREE. As the situation changes, we recommend checking our website and social media channels for the latest updates and inspiration.
